SCHOOL CLINIC

Medical Checkup of student is done and a record is maintained. Parents are informed if the doctor finds that a child needs special medical attention. Thereafter the parents are expected to keep the school doctor informed about the action taken. Parents are requested not to send a sick child to school to attend classes or to appear for examinations as the child’s health is of prime importance.

 

 

UNIFORM AND STATIONERY COUNTER

Uniform and books may be purchased from the outlet at school for the sake of uniformity. Order may be placed online at lionspublicschoolkharharkuda@gmail.com

 

SCHOOL LIBRARY

The school library is open to all bonfire students of the school. All classes are provided with at least one library period per week.

Students have to observe the following rules:

  1. All student and teachers can become members of the Library and contact the School Libraian for any assistance they need regarding Library.
  2. Students must carry their identify card and diary when they enter in the library.
  3. At a time one book will be issued to a student for 7 days onely.
  4. A book which is in heavy demand may not be issued/re-issued. A book which needs repair may not be issued.
  5. Multi volume books, reference books, magazines will not be issued.
  6. If a student neglects to return the borrowed book on time, he/she will have to pay a fine Rs.5/- for each day if it overdue. Library Fine is auto calculated, wll be added in fee and paid online. Hence the students must return the books on time.
  7. Class 10th & 11th student can issue a book for final exams also.
  8. In case the book is lost or damaged while in the student's possesion, he/she will be required to replace the book by a new copy of the same title or he/she may allowed to pay the current price of the book.
  9. The loan of a book may further renewed for a period of one week on the production of the book if there is no request for the same.
  10. If any member is found removing library property without formal permission, his/her membership privileges may be suspended for some time.
  11. Personal books or other personal belongings are not allowed in the Library.
  12. Reader's requirement, suggestions and feedback are important for the development of the libray. Please feel to share them with the libraian. Pages must not be removed from any book, newspaper or magazine.
  13. Books must not be marked with a pen or pencil. This spoils the beauty of books and renders them unusable by others.
  14. No book must be dellibertely misplaced or rendered untraceable by anyone. 

Reades are to ensure that:

At  the end of session every student must clear all dues payable to Library and return all the books issued.

 

AUDIO VISUAL EDUCATION / SMART CLASSES

To keep pace with the changing scenario of education in the present virtual times, the school has smart classrooms furnished with LCD Projector and advanced software to facilitate teaching of various subjects.

LANGUAGE LAB

The growing need to enhance communication skills is met with by the presence of two highly sophisticated multilingual labs, one in the senor wing and the other in the junior wing.

 

MATHS LAB

To enable the students to hone their mathematical skills, a sophisticated Math’s Lab has been established where students work out mathematical formulae and theorems.

 

SEMINARS / GROUP DISCUSSIONS / INTERACTIVE SESSIONS / GUEST SPEAKER PROGRAMMES

The above mentioned activities on related subjects form an integral part of the school curriculum for  all students.

Transport Facilities

The need for safe passage of each child to school and back home is of paramount importance to us. To ensure safe travel the school has its own fleet of oursourced school buses designed as per standards and manned by trained drivers.
